Please ensure that all clothing either has a name tag attached or that the child’s name is written on one of the tags inside the clothing. If you don’t have access to a permanent marker, please pop into the office to borrow one of ours!
Uniform expectations
- Green sweatshirt or cardigan (logo version available)
- White, yellow or green polo shirt
- Grey trousers/shorts/skirt
- Dark sensible shoes (not trainers)
- Pale yellow or green checked dress
- Suitable outdoor waterproof coat (to wear at playtimes and on local visits)
- Please ensure that your child always has suitable footwear that they can change into at breaktimes and lunchtimes.
- For P.E. pupils keep a named green draw string bag on their peg containing a T-shirt and shorts, with a pair of plimsolls for indoors and trainers for outdoors. We also advise a tracksuit for outdoor games. Football boots, if worn, should be of the moulded stud type, please. These items normally remain at school except at half term when they are taken home for washing.
- Children are asked to bring in an old shirt or apron to keep at school for use during practical activities.
- Jewellery – watches, stud earrings only (which must be removed or taped over for P.E.) Please note if you are planning to pierce your child’s ears, please try to do so at the start of the summer holidays to allow healing time. This will allow for the removal of studs in P.E lessons from the start of September.
- Nail varnish should not be worn in school.
P.E. Kit

- For swimming – swimming costume/trunks and a towel
